The latest and
loongest of our project bikes. The shop owners own SEstyle.com
Chopper.
The frame is a 4" stretched 53 degrees rake, Northern Spirit
from Hogtech in Eskilstuna.
The fork is from Tolle Scandinavian
Motorcycles. It's 28" over stock and we are using Tolle triple trees with 7
degree rake, we are using Tolle Classic lower legs.
We are using a 71 Shovelhead motor 108 cu.in (4 3/4" stroke and
3 13/16" bore) app:10.5:1 comp ratio.
The motor build from S&S polished cases, Trock cylinders, Stock head ported by
Dave Mackie/ Pär
Evensson
(We also sponsor Pär Evensson in the Swedish Harley
Break Out racing series).
The camshaft is a Andrews 10, further we have Sifton solid tappets,
S&S Super D carb
with Thunder jet, S&S flywheels, S&S oil pump.
Billet camcover and hydraulic clutch cover from Per
Larsson (who we sponsor in the Swedish Harley
Drags Series).
Transmission is a Softail 5 speed with Rev Tech polished housing.
Starter motor is a Compufire Gen. II (3 hp)
The clutch is a ART Dominator ran wet in stock inner primary and our own Ribbed outer
primary.
Finding clean retro looking forward controls was a problem, so we decided to make our own
in the shop, they are combined with ISR master cylinders, for both the Suicide clutch and
the only brake on the bike.
Both wheel are made by Erixon Custom in Sweden.
Front is a 1.6 x 18 60 spoke wheel, covered with a Cheng Shin 2.75 x 18" tire. Rear
is a 5.5 x 15 40 spoke with a Avon 195/65R15 ZV1 Car tire.
The super slick taillights comes from Raydon Enginering.
Gas tank is a classic Coffin tank, with some major modification made by ourselves and
Peder Johansson owner of Hogtech in Sweden. Mr. Johansson were also contacted for the
making of the rear fender and the oiltank.
Exhaust pipes in stainless steel were made by a good friend, Thomas
Ankarås.
The upholstery was made by Annika Pettersson, another very talented friend.
Paint job in Burgundy red candy on gold base, was done by Ronny and
"Vicken" at Lack Forum in Eskilstuna.
The bike was awarded: 1:st price in Harley Chopper at the Custom Show in Jönköping,
during the Easter holiday's.
